Chris Weaton has a passion for leadership and constant desire for personal and professional development, so this blog is designed as another forum to share and explore from the mindset of servant leadership.  His Air Force career has led him to experience life as an EC-130H and B-1 pilot, an Aide de Camp, a Pol-Mil Strategist on the Joint Staff, and he is now the Commander of the 43rd Electronic Combat Squadron at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ.  Most importantly, Chris is a proud husband and father of 5 (soon to be 6).
